We use local ingredients whenever possible - our eggs, milk, butter, cream, yogurt, sour cream, and raw honey are all locally sourced directly from nearby farms. During the summer months, all of our fruit comes directly from a local fruit farm. We also freeze the local fruit throughout the summer for use until the next season, to preserve the fresh-picked flavor. All of the farm produce is non-GMO and never treated with any post-harvest preservatives or wax.

We love incorporating edible flowers on our baked goods and bringing more of nature in! All of our edible flowers are sourced directly from a local family flower farm.

The only preservative we ever use for our products is raw local honey. No artificial preservatives, stabilizers, or additives, ever!

We only use Berkey filtered water.
